Synopsis of Global Effect
An eco-terrorist (Joel West) and his band of trigger-happy hoodlums kidnap scientist Sara Levitt (Mädchen Amick) to secure her assistance in deploying a devastating virus that could kill everyone on Earth should it fall into the wrong hands. Whoops, it just did.
