Synopsis of Frasier: Seat of Power
With his toilet on the blink, Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) calls in a plumber. The man hired for the job turns out to be Danny Kriezel (John C. McGinley), the former junior-high bully who made Frasier's life hell on earth. But it gets worse: Danny's partner is his brother, Billy (Mike Starr), who terrorized Frasier's brother Niles (David Hyde Pierce) back in school.
