Each episode of "Sex and the City" deals with the romantic challenges that single women face when they start seeing the big three oh in the rear view mirror & start finding new suitable mates. These challenges are revealed through the eyes of several friends, each of whom has their own ideas on how to catch Mr. Right. There's Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), who pushed the envelope of dating & sex in the name of journalism; Samantha (Kim Catrall), a PR Executive who has seen (and done) it all; Charlotte (Kristin Davis), an art dealer who believes love conquers all, despite a tottering marriage; & Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), a lawyer now contemplating motherhood.

I just recently started watching Sex...and I am loving every minute of it. I think Season 4 was the best season....I cant wait for the movie

Out of curiosity, I rented all of the Sex and the City First Season Discs at once, and watched them back-to-back. After watching just the first episode, I knew I was hooked. The chemistry between the four characters is brilliant, and together the show is completely mesmerizing. After watching the final episodes of the series I was hit with the sadness of the reality that the series was no longer on television. There are other television shows that have tried to duplicate the magic of this show; however, all (that I've watched anyway) have fallen short. This series was a once-in-a-lifetime, I'm sad to say. I hear there's a Sex movie coming out this summer that I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE! I have no doubt 'Sex' fans will not be let-down! Enjoy!
