Will Smith surprised people with this one. Part drama, part mystery and part action, this movie was strong. The storyline was good (which is exactly why such an old story would still have enough pull to gain the big screen today), the acting was decent, the tone was about right, and the light-hearted interactions were presented well enough to give the characters more depth without making this a boring movie. It was not the faced-paced action that audiences seem to like today, but it was good. It keeps you interested, even if you've already seen it before.

Great entertainment. Keeps you guessing - did the robot really do it? Will Smith is great. What can I say to make you want to watch this? Just watch it, you'll like it. I'm a girl & I liked it. :)

Like others have said, I wasn't expecting much when I heard about this movie. But since I first watched it, unfortunately NOT on the theaters, I have seen it about 5 or 6 times. The entertainment value, progress of the story line, action, intensity - it holds my attention and more than that - is just completely enjoyable. I HIGHLY recommend this movie. I think as a side note, Will Smith has really made a name for himself as an actor. I remember when he was DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince... still have that CD I think...... happy watching!!
