A true epic. Its really a film from another time. They dont make em like this anymore. I miss Anthony Minghella so much as an artist. He was a true craftsman. It just works in ways you can only experience.

I couldn't get through this movie because there was too much violence, blood and guts. I skipped to the end to find out what happened. I thought it was going to be a love story. I liked the characters and the acting was great. But the cruelty and violence was too much for me to take.
