An overstock situation prompts junk dealer Julio Fuentes (Gregory Sierra) to store some of his belongings at the home of his neighbors (and business rivals), the Sanfords. Upset by this, Fred Sanford (Redd Foxx) hires a surveyor to determine exactly where the property line is between his house and Julio's.
