Terminal Invasion (2002)
Member Rating:
The setting for this nail-biting thriller is a snowbound rural airport. A group of outer-space aliens, disguised as human, take over the airport, in preparation of conquering the earth. The fate of mankind ultimately rests in the hands of two others trapped in the terminal: a fiercely combative female pilot named Cathy Garrett (Chase Masterson), and convicted murderer Jack (Bruce Campbell). The only problem is, with the aliens totally camouflaged as earthlings, no one can tell the good guys from the bad. Filmed under the title The Devil's Pass, Terminal Invasion made its American cable-TV premiere via the Sci-Fi Channel on September 14, 2002. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi

The Bruce goes bad-boy in the (very) low-budget sci-fi flick, "Terminal Invasion". With only brief flashes of Bruce Campbell's trademarked humor, very low production values and bad special effects I am surprised by how much I enjoyed this film. However, as a fan of BC's i enjoyed watching his (mostly) deadpanned antihero, the chemistry between Bruce and Chase Masterson and the occasional moments of irony and humor. Overall, the film kept me entertained for its full running time of 84 minutes. I can easily recommend "Terminal Invasion" for fans of Bruce Campbell, or Direct-To-Video quality movies.

The movie had a decent enough plot and a bit of a surprise factor, but most of the movie is a bit cheesy and B- quality. I got this movie specificaly to see Bruce Campbell. I wanted his normal acting style and hear the one liners. Quite a disappointment. Bruce is very quiet for most of the movie, and there are no "famous" quotes or one liners. If you want to see good Bruce, I suggest another movie.

Love ol Bruce Campbell and he's the bad(good)guy here. Kind of a "seen this story before" but overall an OK watch. Bunch of unknowns caught in a private airport with an alien that can be anyone?? BC alone is worth the price of admission!
