Two young Shanghai detectives, Alex (Wang Lee Hom) and Darren (Aaron Kwok), uncover the plot by an ambitious and ruthless mobster, Tony (Mark Dacascos), to bring tons of cocaine into China sold to him by Los Angeles drug dealer Coolio (Coolio).
