Can one tough babe with a machine gun and nerves of steel save the world from total annihilation? After a global war has crushed civilization and destroyed democracy in the United States, small-time crook-turned-potential international overlord Ivan Kragov (Orestes Matacena) and his cohorts have made a remarkable discovery -- they've come across the control device that can launch every nuclear warhead in the American military arsenal.
