Synopsis of Witness Against Hitler
Witness Against Hitler is based on the true story of a Prussian aristocrat who was a member of the German army during World War II, working with the intelligence department. A committed Christian, he and several other believers were horrified by Hitler's genocidal policies and hatched a plot to assassinate the leader by using a briefcase bomb. While the plan to kill Hitler failed, the intelligence expert was able to save the lives of hundreds of Jewish refugees, and his work later led to the founding of the Christian Democrat party. ~ Mark Deming, Rovi
