Synopsis of Tiger Claws II
This martial-arts actioner combines crime drama with a touch of fantasy. A serial killer escapes from custody in New York City and disappears into San Francisco's Chinatown with NYPD detectives Richards and Masterson in hot pursuit. Once in Chinatown, the killer Chong hooks up with his brother Dai Lo Fu, a prominent crime lord. Together, the two villains capture the detectives and confine them in the underground chambers beneath the city.
