Directed by Alain Bergala, Faux Fuyants centers around forty-year-old Serge (Olivier Perrier), who, on his way back home from the Parisian cinema, accidentally runs over and kills a young man. Panicked, Serge fled the scene, but guilt would overtake him until he finally approached the victim's family. To his chagrin, Serge finds himself attracted to the daughter of the man he ran down.
