Well, this is an interesting movie...IF you can get through the first half of it without falling asleep! I fell asleep the first three times I sat down to watch it! But the fourth time, I got through it and it was an interesting plot, although I thought that Ally Walker's character forgot she was a cop about midway through the movie until she confronted the antagonist. And the opening scene confused me too; why are a bunch of people senselessly dancing in the rain in Houston, Texas? I thought that was weird.
