In three segments (the package claims four), Kries hits very specific muscles with movements taken from yoga, ballet, and Pilates. The centering technique Kries espouses is meant to lengthen and stretch the body. One of the lessons uses an exercise bar. Overall, this workout differs from standard routines in that it challenges the viewer with the combination Method.
