Christie Brinkley Movies
Having appeared on countless runways and magazine covers (including the coveted Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover for three consecutive years), Christie Brinkley is one of the elite few women in the fashion industry who have earned the title "supermodel." The mother of three held a contract for a staggering 20 years with Cover Girl Cosmetics, and continues to appear in magazine ads for mature skin. Aside from being the inspiration for several of former husband Billy Joel's songs ("Uptown Girl," "Christie Lee," and "Blonde Over Blue," among others), Brinkley is known for catching the attention of hapless family man Clark Griswold (Chevy Chase) in National Lampoon's Vacation (1983). ~ Tracie Cooper, All Movie GuideGiven a limited theatrical release in May of 2002 under the title The Hamptons Project, this two-part TV documentary is the handiwork of Oscar-winning filmmaker Barbara Kopple (Harlan County USA). Shot between Memorial Day and Labor Day of 2001, the program chronicles the residents and visitors of the Hamptons, New York's ritziest (and most celebrity-studded) resort community. Highlights include the annual Steeplechase; a "going the rounds" session with an aspiring singer; a young woman's efforts to land an eligible (and, one assumes, wealthy) bachelor; an elaborate wedding and equally elaborate funeral; and a school-auditorium piano recital by local resident Billy Joel. Other famous faces making cameo appearances are Alec Baldwin, Christie Brinkley, and Sean "P-Diddy" Combs. The TV version of The Hamptons was shown in two two-hour installments by ABC on June 2 and 3, 2002. ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide
This is the fourth in a series of movies that began with National Lampoon's Vacation in 1983 and feature the family headed by Clark Griswold (Chevy Chase) going on wacky vacations. This time, the Griswolds visit Las Vegas. Clark immediately goes to the blackjack table and starts blowing all his money, continually encouraged to spend more and more by a taunting dealer, Marty (Wallace Shawn). Ellen Griswold (Beverly D'Angelo) becomes smitten with the lounge singer Wayne Newton (playing himself), who invites her to sing onstage with him. Their son Rusty (Ethan Embry) is incredibly lucky playing dice, and he is virtually adopted by a family of gangsters who see him as their meal ticket. Daughter Audrey (Marisol Nichols) gets hooked up with her wild cousin Vickie (Shae D'Lyn), who takes her to sleazy dance clubs. White-trash cousin Eddie (Randy Quaid), who lives on a former A-bomb test site in the nearby desert, also gets involved with the capers. ~ Michael Betzold, All Movie Guide

Building upon the popularity of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue, this video takes the viewers behind the scenes of the issue's many photo shoots for a glimpse at several of the world's top models. Following the standard "behind the scenes" format, the camera acts as a portal into the erotic world of half dressed women sprawled out on sandy beaches, giving the viewer a more in depth view of what went into producing the Swimsuit Issue magazine. It features an explicit view of models Angie Everhart, Rebecca Romjin, Stacey Williams and Daniela Pestova; as well as voiced over interviews from members of the photo shoot crew and the models that teamed up for the 1995 issue. Many of these interviews discuss how the location of the shoot was picked, the effort it took to capture the "one" shot and how the models were made to look so good.
