When toxic waste is dumped into the remote waters of Hilbilly Lagoon and a group of science students show up to test the waters for contamination, the inbred locals try to frighten them off as a man-eating abomination rises up from the murky depths. The shotgun-toting mouth-breathers of Hilbilly Lagoon don't take kindly to strangers, especially when those strangers are know-it-all college students from the state university. Now, as the frightened students do their best to test the waters and avoid becoming gator bait, a monstrous radioactive mutant born of swamp sludge surfaces to breath in the country air, and feast on the local flesh. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
