In this followup to the Season One episode "Back to the Track, Jack", former college track star Cliff (Bill Cosby), aka "Combustible Huxtable", agrees to participate in another relay race with his old rival Tailwind Turner (played by 1956 Olympic medalist Joshua Culbreath). This time, however, Cliff and Turner will be running on the same team--against a group of racers headed by 1984 Olympic triple-gold medalist Valerie Brisco-Hooks! Hoping to relive his glory days as "Combustible Huxtable", Cliff (Bill Cosby) jumps at the chance to reunite his old college track team on behalf of his former coach Ernie Scott (Al Freeman Jr.). It seems that Scott has arranged a "grudge" mile-relay match with the only runner who'd ever defeated Cliff, one "Tailwind" Turner (played by 1956 Olympic medalist Joshua Culbreath).
