A little girl growing up in a house full of drama lets her imagination get the better of her in this comedy-drama written and directed by Maria Prochazkova. Terezka (Dorotka Dedkova) is a six-year-old girl who loves the fairy tale "Little Red Riding Hood." Terezka insists that her mother (Jitka Cvancarova) read it to her every night, even though it gives her nightmares that reveal new layers of meaning in the story. Things are already a bit scary in Terezka's household; Mother is a tense woman resentful that she gave up a budding career as a singer to become a housewife, Father (Pavel Reznicek) is loving but more interested in his work than his home, and Grandmother (Jana Krausova) is convinced Mother would be best off leaving her husband and getting back together with her former beau Patrik (Martin Hofmann), who has become a star in classical music. In Kindergarten, Terezka is best friends with Simon (Matous Kratina), and they've both become fascinated with aliens and what they're doing on Earth. As Terezka and Simon compare notes, he becomes convinced that one of her parents is actually from another world; the real story is not as curious but almost as surprising. Three American students studying art in Rome are drawn into a grim world of torture and suffering in director Eli Roth's blackly comic sequel to the horror hit that shocked the world. Beth (Lauren German), Whitney (Bijou Phillips), and Lorna (Heather Matarazzo) have ventured outside of their stateside surroundings in order to get a more worldly appreciation of the arts. But sketching nudes all day can take its toll on even the most talented artist, and when class is over the three girls jump at the opportunity to experience Europe firsthand. As they set out on the train for an impromptu weekend trip, however, the coeds are surprised to cross paths with the beautiful model they had just been sketching. It appears that she, too, is preparing for a vacation that promises to be both relaxing and rejuvenating, and a generous invitation to join her at a remote hostel surrounded by soothing hot springs ultimately proves too tempting for the adventurous Americans to pass up. Unfortunately for the unsuspecting students, one person's idea of relaxing can be another's worst nightmare. Now on an unavoidable collision course with two American businessmen who long to get an edge on their competition by experiencing the thrill of the kill and a scythe-wielding woman who maintains her youthful visage using the Elizabeth Bathory method, these unsuspecting students are about to fall into a trap that remains one of the sadistic and wealthy elite's most well-guarded secrets. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

Television director Andy Cadiff turns toward feature films to direct the romantic comedy Chasing Liberty, which appears to be loosely based on the 1953 Audrey Hepburn classic Roman Holiday. Mandy Moore stars as Anna Foster, the 18-year-old daughter of President of the United States James Foster (Mark Harmon). Anna has led quite a privileged life, but she has grown to resist the constant presence of Secret Service agents getting in the way of her independence. While on a family trip to Europe, Anna manages to get away from security for a brief time. She inevitably falls into the romantic arms of British boy Ben Calder (Matthew Goode), with whom she enjoys a fresh and clean European vacation. Not wanting to ruin her fun, she doesn't tell him about her upper-class social status. But, alas, Ben surprises her with a secret identity of his own.
