For the first decade or so of her acting career, Lauren Stamile specialized in television work, with occasional guest appearances on such programs as The West Wing, Cold Case, Boston Legal, and Rules of Engagement. Inasmuch as he's been declared legally dead, Drew (Drew Carey) decides to take on a whole new personality. Accordingly, he purchases a motorcycle, dons a leather jacket, and begins passing himself off as his own "wild man" brother Kyle. When insurance agent Julie (Lauren Stamile) shows up to investigate the policy taken out on Drew by Lewis (Ryan Stiles) and Oswald (Diedrich Bader) (who hope to use the dough to launch a singing career), she meets and falls madly in love with "Kyle"--who rounds out the deception by earning the undying respect of several real bikers at Smelly Mary's bar. The Anglicized spelling of the TV series title Off Centre would seem to suggest a British influence on the property. Indeed, the series chronicled the adventures of two former Oxford University roommates: English investment banker and self-anointed ladies' man, Euan (Sean Maguire), and his nerdish American buddy, Mike (Eddie Kaye Thomas). Sharing the same posh N.Y.C. apartment, Euan and Mike endeavored to attract sexy supermodel types to their lair. The realization of this goal made difficult by Mike's seemingly permanent state of poverty -- not to mention the omnipresence of his steady girlfriend, Liz (Lauren Stamile), and the interference of an assortment of wacky neighbors, chief among them a rap star named Status Quo (Jason Winston George), an amiable fraud who strove long and hard to hide his privileged childhood from his legions of fans. The CBS sitcom The Rules of Engagement gets underway as long-married couple Audrey (Megyn Price) and Jeff (Patrick Warburton) invite newly engaged couple Adam (Oliver Hudson) and Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich) to an upcoming art opening. The day before the big event, however, Audrey and Jeff have a massive argument about an unused bicycle that has adorned their apartment for two years. In the aftermath of the blowout, Adam and Jennifer begin to have second thoughts about their impending marriage. But Adam and Jennifer aren't the only ones who have become cynical about marriage, because Audrey's friend Russell (David Spade) has yet to find a woman to settle down with. In the fourth season of ABC's popular medical drama, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), Cristina (Sandra Oh), Alex (Justin Chambers) and Izzie (Katherine Heigl) graduate to resident status, while George (T.R. Knight) must repeat his intern year after failing his exam. That's not George's only problem: He must also deal with the fallout of betraying his marriage vows to Callie (Sara Ramirez) as he and Izzie try to figure out if they truly are more than friends. Callie lets the stress of her marriage get to her, and it affects her ability to perform as chief resident, a position that Bailey (Chandra Wilson) coveted. Bailey's own marital woes come to a head when her little boy is hurt in an accident at home, while the Chief (James Pickens Jr.) makes strides in repairing his marriage after his ill niece returns to the hospital. Cristina deals with the pain of her failed wedding to Burke by throwing herself into her other love, cardiothoracic surgery. But much to her dismay, Erica Hahn (Brooke Smith) is the new head of this department, and Cristina and Erica clash. Also new on staff is Lexie Grey (Chyler Leigh), George's fellow intern and Meredith's half sister, whom Meredith does her best to avoid. Meredith is on the outs with Derek (Patrick Dempsey), which leaves him free to pursue a nurse named Rose (Lauren Stamile). Meanwhile, a group of nurses whom Mark (Eric Dane) has dated band together to try and stop his promiscuous ways. This prompts Mark to want to change, but he's not the only one looking for self-improvement -- Meredith begins therapy with Dr. Wyatt (Amy Madigan). She then reconnects with Derek on a professional level as they work on clinical trials on patients with brain tumors. Alex also reconnects with someone as former patient and love interest Rebecca (Elizabeth Reaser) reenters his life. One man's unguarded honesty threatens to destroy the longtime friendship between an aspiring screenwriter and a successful magazine editor in writer/director Russell Brown's blistering comedy about the high price of being truthful. Sam has written a screenplay. He believes the film he has dreamt up could be his ticket to the big time, but before anything else, he wants to get some feedback from his old friend David. David is a magazine editor who's currently at the top of his game. He doesn't think too much of Sam's screenplay, and his admission of this fact opens up a critical rift between the two longtime writers.
