One of Petra Kobler's specialties is creative choreography, and that's what shines in this intermediate step workout. With sharp cues and smooth transitions she transforms a standard knee-up into a "corkscrew," a turn step into a "six pointer," and a repeater into a "cross-kick." Put together, it adds up to a 36-minute aerobic workout that's dancey and surprisingly low impact for step. Don't expect to get all the moves in one pass, but the modifications, combined with Kobler's warmly supportive encouragement, make this video enjoyable right from the start.
