In Estonia, in 1925, revolution, counterrevolution and harsh measures were facts of everyday life. At the time, Estonia was independent from the Soviet Union. In this story, Anton is a Soviet agent in "bourgeois" Estonia. He is exposed to betrayals, double-crosses, torture, and phony trials, either for himself or for those he knows.
