A bored couple takes a shot at swinging in order to spice up their bland sex life and save their failing marriage in this playful sex comedy starring Martin Freeman and Mandy Moore. Alvin (Freeman) and Ellie (Moore) were in college when they first met. Back then, they couldn't get enough of each other. A few years into their marriage, however, lust gives way to lethargy, and neither can muster enough passion for a satisfying round of earth-shaking sex. Meanwhile, Alvin and Ellie's friends Peter (Jonathan Silverman) and Janet (Melissa George) are having relationship problems of their own. And when an incident with Ellie and a cucumber goes hilariously awry, she suggests that sleeping with another couple may be the best way to reignite their passions for one another. Unfortunately, finding the perfect pair for some naughty fun proves a bit more complicated than Alvin and Ellie anticipated. Director Sarah Gavron and screenwriter Abi Morgan team to adapt author Monica Ali's award-winning novel about a young girl from Bangladesh who finds the spark in her soul slowly fading after traveling to London for an arranged marriage. As a child, Nazneen (Tannishtha Chatterjee) was always told that she was a survivor. Now, as a young adult, she must contend with the sudden death of her mother. Her father arranges her marriage to a man she has never met, and she gets shuttled off from her quaint village to a working-class neighborhood in East London, as the bride of Chanu (Satish Kaushik), where she earns extra income via sewing. At first, the newlywed Nazneen does her best to be a devoted wife and loving mother. It's a lonely life, and as the pompous ineffectual Chanu does his best to fit into British society, the bored housewife finds herself increasingly drawn to Karim (Christopher Simpson), the hotheaded fellow who delivers pants to her door for various sewing jobs. Directed by Jonathan Frakes and based on the '60s British television series of the same name, Thunderbirds chronicles the intergalactic exploits of the Tracy family. Set in 2010, the world looks toward the mysterious Tracy Island when mere international security is not enough; the remote South Pacific island not only houses former astronaut and lifelong entrepreneur Jeff Tracy (Bill Paxton) and his five sons, but also serves as headquarters for the top-secret International Rescue organization. The unthinkable happens, however, when an insidious criminal mastermind known only as "The Hood" (Ben Kingsley) manages to get past the island's innumerable security measures and attempts to take over International Rescue. His goal: stealing the organization's five most advanced rescue vehicles, each of which was designed to accomplish a specific task, and using them for his own agenda.
