In this Japanese crime drama, members of two rival gangs fight to gain control of a northern town by the sea. It does not help matters that both men fall for the innkeeper's daughter who is not interested in either boy. The boys become so besotted with the girl that they decide to help her oust all of the gangsters from the town.
