Entertaining to anyone who has experienced the fanaticism of sports fans, this comedy about the competition between two professional soccer teams revs up the action among the wildly enthusiastic spectators. A playoff match between two city teams in a national competition is scheduled for a Sunday, and Mustapha (Slim Mahfoudh) decides to hedge his bets. On Saturday, he joins a few friends in an informal pep rally for their favorite team, but decides to surreptitiously place a bet on the other team. Sunday comes and Mustapha's wife is left alone, so she pursues a dalliance with his cousin.
