Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman star as two terminally ill cancer patients who decide to break out of the hospital and live their last days to the fullest in director Rob Reiner's seriocomic road movie. Edward Cole (Nicholson) is a corporate billionaire who is currently sharing a hospital room with blue-collar mechanic Carter Chambers (Freeman). Though initially the pair seems to have nothing in common, conversation gradually reveals that both men have a long list of goals they wish to accomplish before they kick the bucket, and an unrealized desire to discover what kind of men they really are. But one can't accomplish such lofty objectives from the confines of a hospital bed, so now, in order to live their lives to the absolute fullest, Edward and Carter will have to make a break for it. With a checklist that includes playing the poker tables in Monte Carlo, consuming copious amounts of caviar, racing the fastest machines on four wheels, and much more, these two terminally ill men will do their best to fit a lifetime of experience into their last remaining days while forging an unlikely, but truly remarkable, friendship. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

Monk (Tony Shalhoub) is placed on a new medication which modifies his obsessive-compulsive disorder, making him a more relaxed and well-adjusted person--in fact, he's now so laid back that he's abandoned his conservative business suit in favor of a garishly flowered Hawaiian shirt! Unfortunately, Monk's gain is the SFPD's loss: The medication has seriously impaired his crimesolving abilities. As it happens, the "new" Monk could not have emerged at a less convenient time: Captain Stottlemeyer (Ted Levine) has been shot and wounded, and his assailant is still at large. This episode marks the last appearance of Bitty Schram as Monk's nurse-assistant Sharona Fleming. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi

The second in a trilogy of softcore thrillers from porn director Gregory Hippolyte is not, like its predecessor, based on a fascinating true story -- but is more straightforward adult erotica. Shannon Whirry returns as Jo, a new resident of suburbia who has taken up residence in the land of lawnmowers and minivans in an effort to achieve some normalcy. Jo finds work as an assistant to a photographer, Eric (Al Sapienza), who works for a skin magazine. She also meets her neighbors, Steve (Woody Brown), a handsome security expert, and his wife Katherine (Elizabeth Sandifer). When Jo discovers that her home is wired for secret surveillance, she realizes that it is Steve who is watching her, and she is aroused by his voyeurism. ~ Karl Williams, Rovi
