Consuela Cosmetic spent most of his life trying to become a woman. He took hormones, wore make-up and feminine clothing and even had breast implants. But there was an appendage he refused to part with, and so forged a career as a living anomaly, half-man/half-woman. This documentary offers insight into the life of Consuela and other transsexuals in the attempt to clear up many misconceptions about them.
