This movie is one of those great family movies from the '90s. It is wonderful for many reasons. Ben Stiller is genius in it--this is the type of Stiller humor that is so great (akin to Zoolander, Starsky and Hutch, and Dodgeball). The story is an underdog tale! I love it when nerds or "losers" get to beat the "cool" kids. The fat humor may be a little un-pc, but if anything it is due to the over the top style of humor and not due to any kind of maliciousness. It is so cute!

This was a funny movie. It started with a chuckle and ended with side splitting laughter. Great upbeat movie. It's main theme is to respect yourselves no matter who you are and to develop the confidence to stand up for what you believe in. Movie was great for adults, looks good for teenagers, but it had some parts that may be questionable for younger children that you may not want them to mimic. An example is one scene were the camp director does a situp right into a view of the big crator on the moon.
