Jason Lyric is a timely dramatic story that challenges the very ideal of a would be inner city problem, even though some of the circumstances surrounding ths story may not be as relavant today.

The movie is so-so. It was made in the 90's when soft porn love scenes where popular and pushing the limits of R-ratings. Jada's naked body was unbelievable in every love scene and she did a great job acting her part. The main character did a nice job too, but his brother the villain was horrible and really became distracting. He walked funny, was too animated at the wrong times, and just looked very unnatural. I'd watch it again, but only to see Jada naked!
