I saw this film in a theater. The intelligent people were laughing at the cliches, pitiable dialogue, and blatant self-serving by Seagal. The more impressionable rednecks were marveling at the cut-rate pyrotechnics. To build up his character, Seagal resorts to having other characters wax on about how "dangerous" he is--embarassing! The plot is as predictable as a multiplication table, but not as interesting. After blowing up half the landscape to make this miserable movie, Seagal has the audacity to deliver a sermon about the importance of our environment. This film is barely worthy of Seagal's personal home movie collection. Watch it only if you're looking for the quintessential model of an awful film.

If you want to see Seagal masturbate on film then this is for you. Watch as he gets self rightous with a bunch of rednecks all while wearing the gayest leather jacket you have ever seen, and sporting the Seagal Euro-trash ponytail.
