A magnificent movie that is difficult to watch at times, but worth the attempt. The death scenes are gut-wrenching.

This is a slow moving but intriguing film about the consequences and effects of society's stand on crime and punishment. The film provides more food for thought than entertainment, but it well worth seeing.
