Forsythe as the stiff serious FBI agent teams with Johnson the hot headed cop to track a murderer in the southwest. Everybody is good in this sleeper flick. The scenes with the the shrink and the running chase are famous. There are afew other great scenes in this. Don Johnson at his best.

Perhaps in 1989 when this was made it was "okay", now the camera angles are just ridiculous, the situations corny, and the acting a bad delivery device for bad dialog. Felt like a made for tv production in many ways.
