Warner plays a cowboy who stages a phony stagecoach hold-up and kidnapping in order to appear the hero in the eyes of an Eastern girl (Molly Malone) and her aunt (Mathilda Brundage). Unfortunately, real bandits (including future director Harry Fraser) get in on the act, and Warner must rescue the women for real.
