This cat and mouse game builds an intense relationship between Keitel and Lydon. The movie is definitely low budget exploition, but has good acting from the two opposing characers. Any fans of Keitel's Bad Liutenant should check this psychologically intiguing, gritty crime drama.

This ridiculous farce is beneath the talents of Harvey Keitel. He must have needed the dough. a complete waste of time
