Combat Shock (1985)

Combat Shock (1985)
Member Rating:
This violent film follows the miserable life of a miserable Vietnam vet as it goes from awful, to disgusting, to almost ludicrous (the life and the film). First the vet helps slaughter the inhabitants of a village during the war and then he is captured and tortured for two years. After that scenario, he winds up in a low-life neighborhood in New York owing drug money, saddled with a chunky, nagging, ugly wife and a little baby who inherited his mother's genes. One gory scene follows another until the climax which is meant to be the shocker that caps it all. ~ Eleanor Mannikka, Rovi

BAD. Not even good Troma bad, B A D. Theres not much gore or violence except the end (which for some reason reminded me of Taxi Driver LOL). Stick to cheesy horror Troma, please.

I rented this movie because I read an article that gave reference to it. Renting this was a big mistake. It was so bad. I had to stop watching it.

Just terrible. Not nearly as crazy as the description makes it sound. Boring, and strange. I rented this because it was on some of the most disturbing movie lists, but unless you are disturbed by being bored, stay away. I would not recommend this to anyone.
