Though exciting, this film tended to be formulaic in its content and the actors followed the same patterns of past action films..although not as much..Brad Davis is a sound actor but this script doesn't do him justice....and of course the femme fatale, a very young Sharon Stone is equally miscast..and how does the baddie turn from a promising police cadet to the nightmarish character protrayed in this film..tsk.tsk.. 2 stars
