I enjoyed watching this movie. In fact, I watched it twice. It features a very handsome Mark Damon (wow, those eyes of his!!) playing no-nonsense Johnny Yuma, a young bandelero who seeks justice and vengeance for his uncle's murder. Yuma's sidekick also provides some comic relief in various scenes. The movie has all the qualities that make a good plot in the spaghetti western genre: 1) tall, handsome protagonist with excellent gunslinging abilities, 2) bumbling sidekick with an endearing Spanish accent, 3) potential nemesis with equally good gunslinging abilities who later sides with protagonist, 4) wily seductress with gold-digging motives and a squadron of gunfighters (including her own brother) at her bidding. I recommend this movie for true spaghetti western enthusiasts!
