While not quite up to par with the "Dollars Trilogy," this film is an underrated and entertaining adventure yarn. It also features James Coburn in his finest screen performance. Rod Steiger, top billed, has fun in the movie but his accent is less than immaculate. More people should see this fine western!

Duck you sucker, AKA "A Fistful of dynamite" is a good western/war epic. This movie doesn't quite measure up to other Sergio Leone epics like The Man With No Name trilogy, but it's a decent effort. James Coburn is very good in this role, it's probably one of his best. I like his character being a explosives expert; It adds something to his character that isn't present with typical gunslinger movies. The movie starts out as a western where 2 guys don't like eachother, but they work together for a common purpose. It then morphs into a war epic about a revolution in Mexico. While the movie is very good, it's also too long. There seemed to be several logical conclusions to the story, but then it goes on and drags out. Had this movie been better focused and slightly shorter, it would probably be one of the best westerns of all time. Still worth a look for Coburn's performance and the impressive explosions. That stuff was awesome.
