The movie ends, like they ran out of budget. Made for $500,000.

A decent story with not so good acting. The fighting wasn't that good either. Need to get people who can actually fight. The coreograph was terrible and the actors were slow that it looked rehearsed.

Competently made action film, although low-budget. Ventured into parody sometimes, probably unintentionally (see the gunfight thru the streets while on bicycles, for example). Shaky-camera technique got irritating after a while. Decently edited. Michael Madson only appeared as a cameo, in 2 short scenes that seemed unrelated to the rest of the story, & did his "thing". Well, he got his paycheck. Ending was abrupt, as another action scene was about to commence, so no actual conclusion to the story.
