Synopsis of Flying Lessons

Years after leaving her sleepy hometown, 25-year-old Sophie Conway (Maggie Grace) reluctantly returns and finds a kindred spirit in Harry Pleasant (Hal Holbrook), a man suffering from Alzheimer's Disease, while gradually reestablishing a bond with her mother (Christine Lahti), and the others she once abandoned.
