This is not a Breakfast Club for a new generation. There's nothing "don't you forget about me" about this story at all. The newest song the characters listen to is from 1993 so they are Gen X, not Millenials. It's a good story but there's almost nothing funny about it, almost. For most of the movie they seem to be the most morose teens around. You should still see this film. Just don't go looking for John Hughes in a reflection on some glass surface at any time. Oh, Emma Watson is amazingly amazing... she should seriously consider acting as a career.
