I have all of Bob and Jillians workout videos and have been working out to them for more than a year so this one for beginner's is rather simple to me. For someone first starting out though it is perfect in getting you started and motivated to do more difficult workouts.

This is an outstanding workout from Bob Harper. No weird moves and challenging even if you've been working out for awhile. Some have complained that it's too hard for someone just starting out. I think this is similar to his Biggest Loser training. If you are a beginner, this is VERY tough so you will need to modify, i.e. no weights, lesser range of motion, don't try to do all reps. You may want to do only the first few circuits, then build up your strength. There is some repetition so that might be a good way to start. The stretch at the end is not adequate for beginners because you will be SORE. I recommend you do a stretch routine for a week before you begin the program to minimize soreness. For intermediates, you'll be fine. You'll modify the opposite way with more weights and deeper range of motion. This is a great go-to workout and one of Bob Harper's best. I love his style and coaching on this series of workouts.
