A seven year old boy drives away every babysitter in town in order to spend more time with his absentee parents, and finds himself saddled with the one nanny who doesn't take any guff. Danny Parker's parents are always leaving for business dinners, so most nights he's left in the care of a babysitter. His favorite is Janelle, but the nights Danny gets stuck with Ms. Greene mean fun isn't on the menu. According to Danny's friend Marco, a "No-Sit List" circulates among the babysitters in town containing all the names of the kids who can't behave; if your name is on the list, you're shunned by the sitters. If Danny can just manage to get on that golden list, his parents will have no choice but to spend more time with him. The only problem is that Danny is an inherently good kid. In order to get tips on how to behave badly, Danny and Marco visit Snook, the neighborhood Bully. Before long, Danny has driven off Ms. Green, and he's well on his way to earning a spot on the "No-Sit List." But later, when Danny finds himself saddled with a former prison guard who has never met a kid he couldn't handle, the game is on. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
