No - it's not hard to believe this film was shot in 16 days. In fact, it explains everything. You can fast forward through this movie in 30 minutes. Bad writing, bad camera angles, laughable acting commensurate with the writing (especially the hospital scenes). You spend half the movie watching someone either walk to a place, drive to a place or run to a place. Although the fight scenes were decent, it is amazing how many bullets can be fired from the same gun without reloading. Avoid this one.

A good action movie to watch on Friday night. Wesley Snipes, as usual, performed great martial arts action sequences. This will be his last action movie for a few years, since he is now in prison (taxes). The movie contained a few unbelievable scenes, such as performing a quick coronary stent in a simple hospital room without any equipment and everyone firing multiple rounds without the need to ever reload. The background of Detroit for the movie was entertaining.
