I LOVE this DVD. It combines cardio and weights for a major burn. I usually do P90X and this gave me more burn than those DVDs. Bob has really elevated the difficulty on these videos!

Bob def delivers a great workout! Its a great cardio workout as well as some strength thrown in as well. I consider myself to be fairly advanced w working out and this really challenged me and kept my heart-rate up! If you want a great & challenging workout, I DEF recommend this!

This workout is exhausting and very difficult. This is best for advanced or highly athletic people. There is a 20 minute workout before the one hour one that is best to start with until you are used to it.
