This is an excellent set of workouts from The Firm. There are 4 workouts in circuit-training format that you can program to suit your schedule. It's well-cued, challenging, but not too difficult to follow. Modifications are provided throughout by Emily. Alison leads the workout and does the advanced moves, and Rebekah does intermediate-advanced depending on the move (e.g. sometimes her squats, lunges and plyo jumps are not as intense as Alison's). Some may have difficulty with the pace, but I did not. I have The Firm: Ignite Calorie Burn and the pace with that is too fast to keep good form and feel the strength moves. You may want to keep a lighter set of weights available where the strength moves go at a faster pace.
