This is a wonderful, high energy, intense workout. My only advice is for other people like me....if you are new to working out/exercise, weight loss, this will kick your behind! For those of you already in pretty good shape, you will REALLY enjoy this. Once I get in better shape, though, I will be adding this DVD to my workout movie library.
