Stravinsky: Petrushka/The Rite of Spring (1992)

This release actually brings together two different performances of Stravinsky ballets, originally staged two years apart. A 1992 production by the Bolshoi Ballet finds that legendary ensemble interpreting Petrushka and The Rite of Spring, with choreography by Mikhail Fokine and a cast that includes Yuri Vetrov, Vyacheslav Elagin, and Ludmila Semenyaka.
