I think this is really interesting show. It has elements of comedy and drama without being overly funny or dramatic. The characters are really engaging. Paulo Costanzo (Evan Lawson) borders on being irritating but because his character is good natured and is developed quite well we can look past that. Reshma Shetty's character is an odd one. She is pretty hard all the time and I think the writers may want to humanise her a little more to be a little more engaging but there are some instances of her being "real" which really tug at the heart strings.
