    i'm in pretty good shape but she's a bit hardcore. her body is amazing and so that's a bit inspiring, but after 10 minutes i could barely breathe and my arms hurt so i just turned on HGTV and drank coffee. Will try again tomorrow. this isnt the typical yoga boring lets stretch and clear your mind, this is typical Jillian Michaels style.

    This video was a little too advanced for me...The work out was more than I could handle...I've decided to start with something easier and think after some more practice it will be a great work out!
