An entertaining and informational look at a publisher that fought against censorship and brought a lot of exposure to authors and books that may have been buried. An at one time self-proclaimed communist and yet a patriot that fought for our freedoms: good movie.

Great movie. Sad,funny and struck a chord with me, a teen in the late '60's. The authors and books he published would never had been heard of if not for the Grove Press. His struggles with feminists and the anti-porn crowd were his cross to bear for moving the US toward a more enlightened, if flawed society. Take a look and you'll watch it over again, I'm sure!
